print-ready chart. Paid once, up front. A second event is a separate $50.

Do my guests need an account?
No. They tap your link, find their name, and answer three short questions. No sign-up, no password, no app.
What does the $50 cover?
Everything for one event: the floor-plan editor, your guest list, guest groups and rules, your RSVP link, unlimited re-seating, and the print-ready chart. Charged once per event — not per guest, not monthly.
Can I still move people myself?
Always. Drag anyone onto any chair at any time. Most people let SeatingSorted do the first pass, then adjust a handful of seats by hand.
What if two of my rules contradict each other?
Couples, keep-apart pairs and children-with-an-adult are treated as unbreakable. If you have asked for something impossible — say, two people who must sit together but are pinned to different tables — we tell you exactly which pair is the problem and what to change, instead of quietly producing a chart that is wrong.
Is there a limit on guests or tables?
No. Forty people or four hundred, the price is the same.
Is this only for weddings?
No — galas, awards dinners, conferences and reunions all work the same way. Anywhere you have to decide who sits where, and someone will notice if you get it wrong.
Someone dropped out the week before. Now what?
Mark them as not coming and re-seat in one click. Lock the tables you have already settled and only the rest will move. There is no cutoff and no extra charge.
